VIPA to Hold Public Meeting to Discuss Proposed DBE Participation Goal at HERA

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 17.1% for Federal Aviation Administration-funded contracts and agreements at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. VIPA estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 17.1%, it will obtain 7% from race-neutral participation and 10.1% through race-conscious measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026.

An in-person public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room on the second floor of the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal, St. Croix.
